When it comes to selling homes, Indera believes that having the right marketing strategy is critical, which is why she presents all of her sellers with a proprietary marketing plan to demonstrate exactly how she’ll find the right buyers and sell their home for the right price.
She understands that selling a home can be an emotionally draining process, especially for seniors who are downsizing or moving into a care facility. Indera enjoys working with these clients to ensure they aren’t taken advantage of and get the most out of the investment they’ve made in their home.
Military Clients
Indera is very proud to say that she is a certified military residential specialist. This means that she has the unique education and experience needed to assist military families on relocating, purchasing, and selling. Additionally, she works with military spouses who are interested in pursuing real estate as a career in order to earn a second income. Indera provides guidance and information on the licensing process and helps them navigate the path to becoming a REALTOR®.

As a certified member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), Indera is able to work with clients from all over the world.
